1. Eligibility for Refund
- Customers are eligible for a 100% refund within 10 days of purchasing any QuickFiller subscription plan.
- No justification is required — if you're not satisfied, we will immediately initiate your refund.
- Refunds will be issued as Credit Notes (account wallet credits redeemable for future QuickFiller plans), unless a direct bank refund is separately agreed upon in writing.
2. Payment Processing Errors
- If your payment was deducted but not received by QuickFiller, you must contact your bank or payment provider directly.
- QuickFiller is not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party systems.
3. Refunds for Orders Not Fulfilled
- If QuickFiller cannot deliver a service due to legal, regulatory, or compliance restrictions, the order may be refused.
- In such cases, customers will receive a 100% refund of the paid amount.
4. Document & Communication Requirements
To process your order smoothly, customer cooperation is essential.
a. Submission of Documents
- Required documents must be submitted within 30 days of purchasing a plan.
- If documents are not provided within 30 days (without valid justification), QuickFiller may cancel the order.
- In such cases, the payment will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.
b. Customer Communication
- QuickFiller will attempt to contact you via phone and/or email.
- If you remain unresponsive for 30 days from the date of purchase, the order may be cancelled.
- The payment will be forfeited, with no refund issued.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
No refunds will be provided under the following situations:
- When customers withhold information required for service completion.
- When QuickFiller experts cannot proceed due to missing or incomplete documents.
- When government fees have already been paid on your behalf.
- When refund requests are made after 10 days of purchasing a subscription plan.
6. Refund Process
- Once your refund eligibility is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from confirmation.
- Refunds will be issued as Credit Notes (account wallet credits redeemable against any future QuickFiller subscription or plan). These are not cash refunds to your bank or card unless separately agreed in writing.
7. Decision Authority
- QuickFiller's decision regarding refunds and cancellations is final and binding.
